Binibini is an excellent agent. At first I was skeptical to book with ASAP but she understands. She gave me enough time to process my thoughts. There was no hard selling just plain educating me. As soon as I booked with her, I checked the Philippine Air Lines website and yes, my booking is confirmed. Thanks BINIBINI you are great. I wish I could equate that in money but my budget is tight.
