Samson was an excellent travel agent, he was very patient and thorough. I am a very detailed person and called and talked to Samson a lot to get flight information for my son. We gave him a range of dates, because my son had a flexible schedule and we were trying to get the best price, and Samson gave us many great options, to work with and we found a flight to Europe for a very good price!! I will definitely keep Samson in mind if I ever need to book another flight to Europe!! He was great in answering my many questions, and if he didn't know the answer he would ask his supervisor and call me back with the answer. He went over all the details when booking the ticket and was very thorough to make sure everything was correct before it was processed!!
