I talked to somebody from your network, asked for some options regarding my rebooking and all he could find is the over a thousand ticket. Who would want to pay that amount to rebook? Ella, gave me options, with prices and flight details on it. I was able to save hundredSSSS of dollars because of her. She is prompt, helpful and detailed. Your company is very lucky to have her.
