I was really impressed with the service and competence that I received from my travel agent, Jackson. He helped me to compare very attractive flights, other than the flights that I began with. He was very helpful in getting answers to some questions I had about flexibility for the ticket. He also stepped carefully through the billing process with me, to make sure I didn't make any mistakes. Helpful, friendly, competent, what more could I ask for.
