Salvador is awesome he makes sure that I'm taken care of. He takes me step by step and talks me thru it. Since my last issues with a competitors site, with ASAP I'm talking to a person. Salvador confirmed the flights right there, not to long of a wait. He Again made sure I was good to go before we hung up.
