Ronnie was fantastic. Never having worked with ASAP before, I was somewhat apprehensive. Last night when I first called, the lady serving me could not get me through to a service agent, but told me that one would call back in the morning. Sure enough, I received an email and call from Ronnie. He provided me with several choices. I told him the one I wanted and he took the rest of my information. I just completed payment.
