Ashanti's exceptional customer service should be admired by her supervisors/managers and peers. Her compassion regarding the situation of the travel purposes has exceeded beyond GREAT, I can't thank her enough for all the hard work, persistence, skills in helping with booking the travel, I have not had this kind of customer service with any other travel agents or airlines but with her.
