Ondine was super excellent!! I never expected to work with your service as I always book on my own, but she was very helpful, friendly, professional and tenacious. When our preferred destination of Crete was too expensive, we accepted her alternative recommendation of Portugal, and are really looking forward to our holiday! Would use Ondine again in a heartbeat.
